There’s not much going on here in my corner of New England right now. It is cold. It is windy. It is frozen. My husband slipped on the ice this morning. I think we are getting tired of winter at this point in mid-February. My dog is certainly sick of this weather. We all need a good long soak in the sunshine.

I love seasonal weather, but these colorless days of frigid temperatures and unceasing winds, tromping around through frozen layers of snow and ice, they’re hard sometimes. But hope is on the horizon. For one, our favorite ice cream stand, Hodgies Too, is open again 7 days a week. If you’re in the Salisbury, MA area, be sure to check them out. They have really all of your favorites, plus a daily selection of special flavors and mixes.
Another happy thing to look for is our latest video of our trip to Iceland will be out soon. My husband has been hard at work learning how to better upload them, so the quality will be much higher and easier to watch. You can subscribe to our channel, Together-We-Travel-Videos for updates.
Finally, keep an eye here for spring updates as we visit some new museums and attractions around New England. Once this weather clears up, we will be hitting the road for local adventures. Until then, stay warm everyone, and take care of yourselves.
